This is how the Branch solution from Unblu works

  1. A branch room of your choice is equipped with individually configurable dialogue systems. These include a (touch) display, HD camera, directional microphones, loudspeakers or sound shower, sensors or physical buttons. In addition, third-party systems such as sign pads, printers, doors or lockers, etc. can be integrated seamlessly and controlled via interfaces.
  2. Your customers will be greeted at reception by an employee from the customer center via video call.
  3. After an initial needs assessment, the customer is guided to self-service, a personal video consultation or – for more in-depth advice – to a freelance customer advisor.
  4. In the self-service area, employees from the customer center also provide support via video call if necessary. Customers can perform tasks such as opening an account online, using e-banking or making an appointment for a consultation.
  5. With a powerful camera, customer documents can also be scanned conveniently. Signatures are provided digitally via tablets.
