Diartis Academy – KESBweb e-learning for every function Equipping software products with suitable e-learning programmes

In 2023, Diartis AG developed and sold a new software solution for CAPA (child and adult protection authorities). KESBweb supports customers in all tasks related to procedures and measures. Clearly structured workflows make it possible to work efficiently and purposefully. The software integrates a fully-fledged document management system. The efficient minutes management makes it possible to plan meetings effortlessly, supports decision-making and ensures that all information is available. Various evaluation options assist in making informed decisions.

Introducing the solution to the customer base requires project and training resources. Diartis AG decided to supplement the launch of the KESBweb product on the market with e-learning courses so as to save training resources and enable customers to learn over the long term, regardless of time and place.

Diartis Academy’s staff followed the development of KESBweb closely. Staff with experience in CAPA developed the appropriate learning content for each CAPA role. The e-learning courses were developed in close cooperation with the KESBweb product managers. Suitable e-learning packages are activated for all KESBweb users via a dedicated learning management client in the Diartis Academy’s LMS. This is done automatically via an interface between the KESBweb product and the Diartis Academy’s LMS. This means that all users registered in KESBweb now automatically receive access to learning content that is relevant to them. In this way, the learning content can be accessed as often as required. New employees of a CAPA are also supported during onboarding by Diartis Academy’s e-learning programme.
