Diartis AG’s aim is to optimize processes and digitization alongside its clientele, allowing staff more time for their customer care work.

Background

In 2020, Wattwil’s social services, led by Robin Bannwart, introduced new software for social assistance, professional support, alimony and asylum. The requirement was user-friendly software that could be learned and used quickly. Another requirement was that it should be possible to digitize social services using this software. 

The solution

KLIBnet is the software for social welfare, professional assistance, alimony and asylum processes. KLIBnet is also used by agencies that offer voluntary counselling, such as counselling for children, youth and family, marriage, education, victims or addicts, etc. Wattwil’s social services opted for KLIBnet and seamlessly introduced the software to the service.
