How Meeting works

   Activity and version history
   The entire history and different versions of a document can be found in the software with a simple search.

   Integrated electronic document management (EDM)
   Integrated EDM enables you to manage rights and create documents for individual activities and meetings, as well as optimizing your search for information.

   Full-text search
   The “character recognition” feature performs a search across all documents saved in the software. This enables you to find information on your activities or in attachments quickly thanks to Meeting.

   Integration of all major document formats
   Word, Excel and PDF files can be downloaded, edited and saved directly in Meeting. The documents open in read-only mode with a single click. What’s more, several people can work on the same document simultaneously. All modules are available on a secure HR portal that can be accessed from the office or home. If required, interfaces to your existing solution can also be developed.

   Automatic conversion into PDFs
   Documents are automatically converted into PDFs in order to create a clearer overview. The conversion is performed directly in Meeting, as soon as a document is opened in its original format.

   Centralization of information 
   This option increases efficiency and saves time when searching. All elements required to process an activity are saved in the same place. Decisions, agreements and attachments can be viewed with a click.
