In the following instructions we will provide you with useful tips for successfully introducing IncaMail for your employees:
Card template
Experiences from various customers show that the number of employees who want to receive their pay slips with IncaMail is highest when the process for collecting the e-mail addresses is carried out in paper form – via internal mail or as an attachment to the pay slip.
To collect the e-mail addresses of your employees, IncaMail provides you with a ready-made template of a registration card as a useful aid. You can pass this on to your employees to fill in.
