Further development of IncaMail: you can now send salary documents with ePost

IncaMail is Swiss Post’s e-mail service for the electronic exchange of sensitive data and documents. We are continuing to develop IncaMail in a targeted manner so as to better respond to different customer requirements. This includes IncaMail for sending salary documents.

This is why the digital sending and delivery of payslips and salary statements in Switzerland is being transferred from IncaMail to ePost. ePost is Swiss Post’s digital letter box for private and business customers and is operated by ePost Service Ltd, a digitization specialist by Swiss Post.

In Germany, salary documents are sent from the HR software via IncaMail as usual. Any other applications (e.g. IncaMail for securely sending e-mails from the e-mail client) are not affected by the changeover and will continue as they are.
